Pulsz Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

Welcome to Pulsz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Pulsz ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The Terms apply to all services offered on pulsz.onl, including but not limited to sports betting, slot games, fish games, live casino, promotions and all related features.

Pulsz is an entertainment platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR — Pakistani Rupees. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. These Terms apply regardless of the device or method you use to access Pulsz, including the website and the Android mobile app.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Pulsz. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Pulsz, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pulsz does not permit use by minors under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not already have an existing Pulsz account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be voided.
• The personal information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be acting under any self-exclusion request, either from Pulsz or from another platform, at the time of registration.

Pulsz reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any point. If verification documents are requested, they must be provided within the timeframe specified by the support team. Failure to provide documents may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays until verification is complete.

Your Pulsz account is personal to you. You must keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately via the in-platform chat.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on Pulsz — deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion involved. Pulsz does not accept foreign currency deposits, and all payouts are made in PKR to the payment method used or registered on your account.

Deposits: Deposits can be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, and approved debit or credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts are shown in your account at the time of deposit. Deposits made via mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) typically clear within one minute. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered in your account. Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Pulsz reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to any active bonus wagering requirements being met first.
• Pulsz may place a brief security review hold on large or unusual withdrawals. You will be notified by the support team if this applies.
• Repeated withdrawal requests followed by re-deposits of the same funds without genuine play activity may be treated as suspicious and reviewed.
• Pulsz is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider once a withdrawal has been processed on our end.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Pulsz offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, PSL cricket cashback, free spins and other seasonal offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the specific promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on Pulsz contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and fish games may contribute at different rates as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly allow stacking.
• PSL Cashback: The weekly cricket cashback promotion during PSL season is credited as a bonus to your account. Standard wagering requirements apply as stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Pulsz reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected — including placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

All bonus decisions made by Pulsz are final. If you have a question about a specific promotion, contact support before opting in rather than after, as post-opt-in adjustments are generally not possible.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The Pulsz sports section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and over 20 additional sports. By placing a sports bet on Pulsz, you agree to the following rules in addition to these general Terms:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Pulsz reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds. Pulsz may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event at our discretion, particularly when a significant event (wicket, goal, injury) has just occurred and odds are being recalculated.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL, FIFA for football). In the event of a disputed result, settlement will be delayed until an official outcome is confirmed.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: If a match is abandoned before a valid result is reached according to the relevant sport's rules, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available on the sports section of the platform.
• Maximum Payouts: Each sport and market carries a maximum payout limit. If your accumulator or single bet would exceed the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum amount for that market.
• Errors in Odds: If odds are posted in error due to a technical fault or data feed issue, Pulsz reserves the right to void affected bets. This applies whether the error was to your advantage or disadvantage.

6. Casino, Slots & Fish Games

The Pulsz games section includes slot games, fish games and other casino-style titles. By playing any game on Pulsz, you acknowledge the following:

• All games on Pulsz operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are random and independent of previous results.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available from the game provider. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.
• Fish games on Pulsz involve an element of player skill combined with chance. Game outcomes are still subject to RNG and are not solely determined by player skill.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, disconnection or platform maintenance, Pulsz will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, the interrupted round may be voided and the stake returned to your account.
• Jackpot games carry their own specific rules and payout conditions which are displayed within the game interface. Pulsz is not responsible for jackpot amounts displayed by third-party game providers where a discrepancy exists between the displayed amount and the actual awarded amount.
• Pulsz reserves the right to remove, replace or update any game title in the library at any time without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

We strongly encourage all players to manage their gaming activity within personal budgets and time limits that they are comfortable with. 8. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pulsz and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening or operating more than one Pulsz account (including through family members or associates acting on your behalf).
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method or account details without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or odds errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information related to the outcome of a sporting event.
• Money laundering or using Pulsz for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate entertainment gaming.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system, including multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Engaging in chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling on the platform.

Pulsz cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud or financial crime. Any funds associated with prohibited activity may be frozen pending investigation.

9. Privacy & Data

Pulsz collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

Pulsz will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks) is limited to what is necessary to complete the transaction you have initiated.

10. Changes to These Terms

Pulsz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes that materially affect your rights as a player, Pulsz will attempt to notify registered players via the in-platform notification system or by email where an address is held on file.

Your continued use of the Pulsz platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.
